I have lots of processed whitetail deer back sinew.  What do you have to trade?

Fiber lengths range from 6 inches up to 12.  Occasionally fibers are shorter or longer.

I thank you but I like longer one peice for hafting arrows. I really don't like to tie them together and have the knots. I've got plenty of deer sinew to do that with if I want to. But THANKS anyway.

What do you mean tie in knots? Why would you tie the sinew in a knot to half an arrow?

You can also shred the sinew very finely and twist fibers together to form a longer thread.  This is what I've always done.  But it sounds like you've found something that works for you, so no reason to change.

Have over laped when raping 100's of shalfs put like to really tighten and keep the tenion on it as I rap. Can't no this with short peices.
Over the last 5 years I've used long sinew raps much tighter.
I'll also braided it a couple times but like I said one peice works much better and you can really keep it tight as you rap it. I've found out just works better. Just the way I do it.
