Did you see how that bone saw went through that deer?  Yes, the deer was still warm and the skin comes off easier but I've never seen anything like that.  I would have cut my arm off whacking away like that.

I saw this about a month ago and someone posted elsewhere that he had a bit of help with the skin from air pressure.I said, I don't care what kind of help he had, he is still fast! :o

looks like he had help from that knife and bone saw...damn that saw cut through bone like butter.

maybe he works in a processing plant , those guys  get real fast after a couple of years , takes me 15min to cut up a packaged chicken

Just think of all the knife marks in the hide though...  Doesn't make for great buckskin  :-\

A good while back I found a trio of youtube vid's about skinning a deer with as few knife cuts as possible, so the flesh side was clean for making buckskin.  I'll try find the links and post them, if anyone's interested?
