Trouble with Change of address.
« on: August 20, 2010, 07:56:20 pm »
We sold our house and moved from Minnesota to Oklahoma in November, 2009.  It took me awhile to figure out how to  change addresses, but I found the section on the homepage a couple of months ago.  On your form, you ask for the subscription number on the outside of the Magazine to transfer my address.  The trouble with this is that you ship the magazine with a throw away blister pack that contained my subscription number.  I sent you an e-mail explaning this and got no answer from you.  I bought a 3 year subscription and have lost 6 months worth of magazines now.  Will you help me???

Old address:
Jesse W Prater
770 Preakness Lane
Chanhassen, MN 55317
New address:
Jesse W Prater
4100 W. 19th Street, E105
Stillwater, OK 74074

Jess,
I am not sure when the email was sent.  But I WILL make sure that this gets straightened out!   ;D  We will make sure you get your magazines.
Thanks for being patient and pursuing it further.
Marie

Hi Calender Girl!  I'm still patiently waiting.  I haven't seen a new magazine since November 2009.

Hey Jesse,
Thanks for your patience. I sent an email in to Mike.  I am sure he will figure out why the delay.  ;D
