Thanks Guys!!! It's been a crazy 2 days. Mackenzie has Spina Bifida and had her myelomeningocele repair surgery today at 11am and thankfully came through it okay! We found out she had spina bifida at her 18 week ultrasound and I thought over the last 21 weeks that I had prepared myself for it but these last 2 days I've never been so scared in my life. At the same time I've never been so excited in my life. I have run the whole gamut of emotions and to say the least am a little exhausted.
I have to say one of the reasons I took primitive archery back up this year was to keep my mind busy. I have been so stressed and worried that I needed something to distract me, making bows has been the perfect distraction and you guys have always been there to help...and more than you ever knew. You guys really are a special group of people.
Mackenzie is doing well but she's not out of the water yet, I know we have rules about religion and all on this forum, but it would mean a lot to us if you would think of us in your prayers.
Thanks
Nate
