Rendered Bear Grease

I spent all day Sunday simmering a pot of bear fat, didn't stink at all, actually smelled quite good kinda sweetish ;D
I ended up with 5 pints af rendered grease :) Will be offering half pints for trade :)

David first time I ever did this without refrigeration it turns white but will still be somewhat viscous, sorta like a thick mud
from everything I hear bear grease is way better than hog lard for waterprofing :)

It's usually liquid at room temp. David, it's quite similar to lard, but thinner. Good clean bear grease makes good biscuits.
