Micro Hickory Holmegaard
« on: July 06, 2009, 10:50:38 pm »
I was bored waiting for the finish to dry on my current bow so I decided to make a micro bow from a recurve that broke in the heat treating process. 12" long and ?#@?". I didn't measure the draw weight or length. 100% hickory. I need to find some arrows for this thing like some bamboo skewers.

Very KOOL!!!  I keep some tiny violins and a banjo in my shop and put them out on March 16th for the Leprachans to play on St. Pat's eve.  If we left out a bow this  fine there would be holes in everything!!

HA! :D Thanks. I just tried to measure the draw weight with the bathroom scale I use for regular tillering. Approx. 5#@4.5"

Now that is cute.  You definately need some arrows and a quiver.  Have fun spining those arrows.

Well i love short bows but I think that one is too short for me. Well done, and the tiller looks great. I think Frank's group in Germany has a "little"shooting tournament when they get together.
