Manny that bow is simply incredible.
must have been a bugger to tiller with the limbs being off set from each other,

Timo, they grow pretty fast, and get really wide by dropping roots of the limbs,..I could ask the landlord, but I don't think it's older than 40 or 50
here some pictures of Banyans in the wild
and my favorite, .......check out the trail thru this tree on a gulch bottom
