Title: funny colored glass need an I.D

Sorry no pic. now but I got a fist size chunk of glass from a rock collector in 1963, and just ran across it.  It is bright red with bright yellow swirled in. Is this a peice of volcanic Glass?It is really pretty. If so would like to find someone to make a few points for me. See I got it 2 weeks before the Kennedy assasination., sentimental I guess.     Dismount  p.s. Will try to post pic. if needed

  Nope! Not volcanic glass. Sounds like a chunk of slag glass. We could slice it and make some Kennedy Memorial Points. ::)

It will make points and kill critters just like obsidian.  No reason to discriminate just because it is from the other side of the tracks.  ;) Lots of guys will make you some points with it. You just have to bribe them into doing it.  O:) Justin
