Why do so many of the photos now show up as a little red X???
I used to never see the red X.
Now most of the photos are nothing but a little red X.
I hate the little red X!!!!!!
Is there something I can do get the photo instead of the red X???
Thanks
David

There are at least two possibilities when the little red X shows up. One option is that you have a filter on your computer that is blocking photos from another site like photobucket. The other is that they were posted on photobucket or something of that nature, but the owner of the photos has deleted them from photobucket and the link is dead so it shows an X. If it is the first you can adjust your filters. If it is the second there is nothing you can do. Justin

Thanks Justin.
This is my work computer ::) so I am guessing it has filters on it.
Is there any way to tell (on this end) if a photo was posted to photobucket or not?
I can see all of Pappy's (Life is Good) Photos.
The ones that Ranger B posted of the (One that got away) are all little red X. :'(

David, right-click on the photo or little red x and select "properties". It should give you a URL for the photo.

Yep, Our company has a BLOCK on photobucket. :'(
I checked as Hillbilly stated and all the (red X) photos were posted on photobucket. Probably to help save PA disk space.
Talked with the IT guy. He said that it was not people look at (inappropriate stuff) that was the problem.
Folks were downloading photos and gobbling up all of the disk space.
It looks like I am going to have to fix my home computer and get a better internet connection.
Will not be to good. I am at the end of 9 mile long set for twisted copper wires. ???
Thanks
