Will I gain much by heat treating a mulberry bow.? I've heard it won't do much for osage and I was wondering if
it would be worth the effort on my mulberry bow.

I beg to differ. I think it works great on Osage. It may be better on some woods, but I picked up several pounds and extra performance by heat treating Osage. Justin

Yeah my buddy Jimmy got about 5-7lbs out of a heat treat on an osage he was reworking recently. I don't know for sure but I'm gonna say it will make a difference on the mulberry. Danny

mulberry belongs to the same family as osage but is lighter in weight than osage,it should gain you some, lbs by heat treating, also great for making reflex bows or static recurves as it holds shape really well.
