Got a Hickory stave layed out today. Making a 66" with a 4" handle, 2" fade to the working outter limb which will be 2.250 inches wide and will be 16 inches long. Then it fades for 2 " to the 1" outter non working limb. I am shooting for 45-50lbs at 26" draw. The pictures are not great, but you get the idea, and I will post others as I progress. Going to need all the help I can get I am sure. After seeing Bernie and the Holmegaard build a long....just got to try one

Going to change the abrupt taper at the fades to the now working outer limb from the 2.25 inch limb to 1 1/8 to the non working limb then down to 1/2 nocks. Sure did miss that deminsion over and over again.
