Title: Nocks on Boo

Just glued up the crab apple and bamboo I started several months ago. I was wondeirng if the bamboo will stand up for seld nocks on an 80# bow, or if I should do overlays?

It should be strong enough, bamboo is amazing stuff, but you could always add overlays just because they look great.  :)

  You will be alright. That static I just finished has the nocks cut in with about a 1/8" left of boo.

Excellent- thanks guys. I'm glad to hear I can get to work on tillering it without having to wait another day for glue :).
