I spent most of today designing and building a new bow form. I needed one that I could adjust the height and location of my deflex and reflex posts. This is what I came up with. The tracks were found in a dumpster about a year ago. When I saw them I knew I would use them for something one day. I think they are for holding track lights. They are perfect for this. The end posts are socketed so that I can just cut different length sections of 2X4 for different degrees of reflex. I can slide every post around, and slide them off the assembly if needed. The inner pieces of wood are red oak 1X2s with screw in inserts to accept my 1/4" X 24 bolts.

These longer posts will make 4" of reflex.

yeah! i had used the exact same principle for a form; well... not as sophisticated and well-made as thisone. but the build-ups looked perfectly the same!!

Looks like an engineer designed it. Mine is similar, but I use 1X4s on the ends then just put blocks under then to make it taller. I'm just a simple little redneck. Justin
