Title: Something from the scrap bucket.
Post by: bjrogg on March 25, 2022, 12:01:15 pm
Another piece of broken slab from the scrap bucket I got from Frank. Was about 3”x3” and about 3/4” thick. 90 degrees all the way around. Once again. Sure wish I had the original slab

Thinking this might become my personal neck knife. Might have to do a little leather work next

Got this far last night finished up this morning.

Really don’t know what it is Rob. Thinking maybe some kind of jasper. Sure would like to have some more.

Thanks Mike.

I like red to. I have mahogany obsidian almost identical color, but this stuff is completely different character. I really like how this works. It seems more durable than obsidian to.

That turned out great, Brian.  Yes, that material is interesting and I like the overall form of the knife.  Very nice.
