Title: Looking for snake skins or fish skins

I'm looking for snake skins or fish skins for my old locust bow I just sinew backed. The skins can be partial but need to be at least 22" long and 2" wide. I don't care if they are a matched pair or not but I do want each limb back to have full coverage for protection.
 I have lots of feathers, some sinew, some knapping rock plus other stuff from years of collection.
