Title: looking for snake skin scraps

Have a snaky osage bow about done and thought a snakeskin arrow plate would be nice.  Anyone have a few snakeskin scraps to trade?  I have some raw flax or an elk tendon . . . Thanks!

I’ll take a look when I get home. I always save small pieces for doing short backing pieces on bow tips.

I  would be interested in the sinew and have several different things to trade. 12" copperheads, maybe rattlesnake and maybe a piece of caiman or snapping turtle. I'll PM you my phone number and you can text me what you think and i'll text you some photos
