Title: Yew and boo

How well does yew take to boo? Does the boo over stress the yew at all? Are they a perfect match like ERC and boo?

In my experience, which is limited, the boo should be as thin as possible.

Boo Yew is a glorious combo, especially if the Yew is heat treated first.

You mean ERC and sinew?

 Many people swear by Boo backed yew in the right proportions.

I am on a boo yew kick and may not return.  It moderates the explosive nature of yew.  Doctors bury mistakes, deficient bowyers like myself hide them behind bamboo...
