				Working on my smithing, took a piece of angle iron and made this wall hook from it

				Those are nice. Bubby did you use a chisel to make all the lines I might have to try one.

				Robbie I did use a chisel to cut the lines in the spike. I think an angle grinder would definitely speed up the process

				Angle grinder might be faster, but chisel use is an important part of the smithing skill set. And, since you called this ornamental practice, I give you snaps for doing it all with the hand tools. I personally find it more satisfying that way. 
Really nice job on that twist, too.
