Title: My first bow in a few years.
Post by: TimothyR on July 12, 2019, 07:02:04 pm
I had to take a bit of a hiatus from my favorite hobby, life and a new job got in the way.   So I've settled down a bit so I am able to build again. This is my first bow since the break, and my first bamboo backed Osage R/D.  Bow is bamboo backed Osage with ipe and rosewood stacked riser.  Hope you like it. I'll get the money shot when I my wife can take it.
All opinions and critiques are always welcome. Thanks for looking.

That looks great! I especially love the effect of the riser and powerlam. I'm not normally one for risers, but that looks really cool. Intricate and subtle.

Looks like your bowyer skills haven't suffered during your hiatus. Very nice bow.
