Hi fellow primitive folk,
As I was tillering the bow I now call Spring, I stopped as I heard some scratching right outside my garage. I turn to see 3 Jakes staring at me about 6 feet away. I laughed and waved as they went on their way. In all honesty I'm not sure I would have been as hospitable if the giant Tom I've been seeing was with them. It was an appreciated reminder that spring is a beautiful time of the year to live in PA.
I've recently taken a break from bow building due to buying and selling a house and getting remarried. Now I have a new workshop and am happy spiraled wood chips once again float to the floor.
