I have a few billets of dogwood and would like to make a boo backed R/D out of a set. Anyone got any suggestions? Would this be a good combo or am I just crazy? I would make a self bow from them but I have some staves for that. And if anyone knows what kinda width this would need to be for 60lbs or so I'd really appreciate it. Guessing around an 1'' 3/8.
