Title: Fried Green Maters !

    Mater season is around the corner...I love tomatoes any way you can get them...The home grown tomato is on the top of my list in the Summer...
     I sliced some green/yellow tomatoes and covered with McCormick seasoning salt, dip in flower, egg wash and back in flower again...Drop in some hot grease and walaaaa! I was in heaven for a few minutes...

We ain't even going to think a bout planting tomatoes for at least 2 weeks!  Do have a few strawberry blossoms, though!  Had to cover everything since we have a spring freeze coming and 4"-8" snow, more in the high country!  Them 'maters do look good!

those look good.
I haven't had those since I was a kid,
wasn't a fan back then but I just may have to revisit em.
please don't tell me those came from your garden.
we wont be putting in plants till the end of the month .
still getting frost here.

             Those came from BI-LO man...Mom will have some coming this Summer...Had some fried pork chops with them also, almost bit one of my fingers off!

I am real sure it is supposed to be "finger lickin' good"' not "finger chompin' good"! (=) (lol) >:D
