I decided for my birthday I'd like to upgrade my Photobucket. It's hard for me to come up with the money but I spent $53 for the year upgrade. I downloaded several pictures Ive been wanting to post. Made IMG copies and saved to my phone like I always have. Cropped them tried to post them and file to large. I don't understand. I've been doing this for about three years and it's how I've always done it. Don't know what's different?

What did you crop them with?  If you used a PC, try the "save for web" function.  It reduces the image size without lowering the quality of the image.

If you have more questions let me know.  I used to be a forum admin and I know plenty about image manipulation.

5 mb or 2240x1680 resolution per photo.  At least for the 53 dollar account.

Thanks deerhunter21 and Jerry. I actually have a few more days before I add another year to my age. The number keeps sneaking a little higher.

Edward I'm doing everything on my IPhone. I'm doing it just like I did before I upgraded my Photobucket. I never did figure out how to post pictures from a PC.

Jeb I have many things that confuse me. I'm so sorry you lost Chris, but I'm not confused where she is. Why she had to go maybe, but not where she is. Hang in there buddy. Please feel free to visit anytime.

The Photobucket software that reduces the file size of your pictures got throttled back so you could share larger pictures.  That means the pictures now break the limits here, though I'm not exactly sure how.  I'm not familiar with iPhone picture editing software, but I'll play around with my son's  iPad tomorrow and see what I can find out.  I'd like to find you an answer.

Your pics should be 640x480 and no more than 200mb for posting on PA.

That looks like a piece of Osage I have in the garage!  Every time I see it, it looks more like a real walking stick for my wife!

I think it took me long enough I could have built another bow Jerry and I still haven't figured out how to use my Photobucket, but I did get them resized. Some things I'm a bit slow at. Still not sure I got it all figured out.

I know what you mean!  I use Imgur, works most of the time!  Got to take some new pics to post, cross your fingers!
