Title: "Da Yooper" is finished !

Got the Da Yooper finished today  :) 68 1/2 ntn 55# @ 29"  made from Hard Maple i got from Dana in a trade. I kind of went for a camod look with the finish.

Thanks to everyone for answering all my question.  ;D This is a start of a good thing !

Looks like a nice elm John, elm is tough stuff which if ya ever had the pleasure of splittin fer firewood you already know ::)

Elm dont split....it kinda tears!!!  Makes a Nice Bow too!!

Yeah Marius, I can understand you way better then those guys and you're from Germany!  ;D  Dana is supposed to give me some language lessons while he's down, and I'm reciprocating with redneck translations. ;)

Hard Maple= Sugar Maple= Hard Rock maple=Acer saccarum

Hows dat eh ;) Nice bow John you cut that elm down yet???
