this is a piece i was commissioned to build.
9 1/2 over all length 4 1/2 blade.
forged fron a nicholson file hammer textured clay coated and etched.
dymalux handle that it scallopped (a first for me).
some jimping on the spine.

I thought the same thing at first.
till I softened up some of the sharp corners with some 240 paper.
seems very comfy now.
matter of fact id be willing to scallop a handle for myself now .

I kinda like that Canadian belt knife design. Cold Steel has one that I bought a year ago. The blade is not as thick as I like, but the steel was good and holds an edge. Yours kinda eclipses theirs and not just because I have a collection of your work.
