Just finishing up this file knife I made for a trade. Black walnut burl handle. A simple old fashioned kind of knife

That is an OUTSTANDING looking knife. I have a pile of the older Nicholson files but I have been cutting them into 3" long pieces, grinding the edges smooth and making fire strikers out of them.
