If I had a bow and arrow instead of a chainsaw I could have easily scared it with a close miss  ;D

Blends in pretty good, not quite as good as a white snowshoe on snow though.  Pretty sure you could sneak an arrow in there

The eyes usually give them away.  If they learned how to squint they would be harder to spot.
