Title: Draw Length
Post by: ijs on March 26, 2008, 10:17:55 pm
This is my first post here so I hope I can make this make sense.  My question is where do you measure draw length from.  Is it from the front of the bow or the back of the riser?  The way I set up my tillering tree I am measuring from the back of the riser.  The bow I'm working on is at 50# @ 26 inches but if I'm measuring wrong it is already 50# at 28 inches (my target weight and draw length).  Thanks

Measure from the back of the bow.  (The part of the riser that is away from you when you hold the bow.) to the string.
