She took my daughter clothes shopping this afternoon and somehow ended up in a pet store on adoption day ::) She brought home "Flower". A 1 year old terrier mix who looks like she has had a rough life. I hope she gets along with our 6 month old puppy. I'll find out when I get home from work tonight.

Dogs dont get an afterlife. This is it for them. As humans, we are tasked with the animals care. Your wife just made the biggest fifference in that dogs life. Im sure it will be perfect.

She's adorable. They're both young enough that I'm sure it will work out fine. ;)

Now that is a good looking dog. I bet she would tree squirrels
-
She's a sweetheart. When I walked in the front door her tail started wagging like crazy. When you look into her eyes you get the feeling that she's had a rough life so far and all she wants is someone to love her. I think she will fit in just fine with our family.

I had a terrier mix something like that years ago. Rescued him from the pound, never had another problem with snakes or anything else in the hen house while he was alive. Great with kids to.

Great looking pup, he lucked into a good home

Good save ! Bob

She spent the evening napping next to me on the couch. I guess it was a busy day for her.

She reminds me of Santa's Little Helper from the Simpsons.

Now that's the life. She might have had a tough life before, but she fell into the right home now. What's your other little doggie think of her?

She is a little scared of her since she's half her height. It won't take them long to become best friends.

I love dogs, wish I had room for more than one.

Cool, Clint. Rescue dogs appreciate their rescuers. We rescued a 5 1/2 month old, 17#, scrawny, scarred pup about a year and a half ago and she has bloomed into a great 55# dog even going so far as running bears away from the deer and bird feeders and keeping most of the local squirrels treed. Just like our Maggie, this new pup of y'all's will be a great addition to the family.

That tail wag says it all. I doubt she fully understood the entirety of the situation, but was joyful that she was leaving with someone. The photos of her zonked out on the couch tells me she's not scared of her surroundings because she trusts enough to stretch out. She hit the lottery...BIGLY! You can put her picture in the dictionary under "lucky".

She has decided that you have the right kind of place, especially since the puppy is there! If and when you cross over, they will be waiting for you to blow the hunting horn!! She looks pretty smart, and will hunt 'em up, rabbits, squirrels, maybe even birds, and she may be smart enough to call for help on bear and lions!

Nothing better than a rescue dog in my opinion. We have two and they are my two best buddies!

It matches your cooler!

Dang, he's correct!
But . . . . pink cooler for senior citizen is one thing. Pink collar on a TERRIER is quite another!
;)
ps ... showed wire fox terriers for number of years.
