Any recommendations on best place to purchase hickory and ready to glue on bamboo backings? Also what is the favorite glue to use for backings? Thanks

As far as Bamboo goes ready to glue up Echo archery has really nice Bambo specially selected for node placement its owned by Carson a sponsor here, as far as hickory I dont know I just make my own ! Also carson sells the unprocessed bamboo slats which is what I buy you can processe them your self & save money !

I think 3Rivers has hickory backing but it's expensive to ship. Mike Yancy has it also I believe. Mike might be willing to cut it in half so it would cheaper to ship. You can joint it at the handle with a simple overlay for strength.
Any of the common glues will work; TB glue, Unibond, Weldwood plastic resin, etc.

I have hickory, maple and bamboo backings. Sinew and rawhide if you want that.
Thanks
