When chasing a ring on this Osage bow I decided fast that I wanted to give it a paint job. So once I got the shape of my bow I decided to go ahead and paint some designs in hope as I thinned and got the bow tillered out that the paint would look worn. This stick had about 2" of natural reflex in it when I started and after I got it finished it had around 1". The bow was sealed with Ream Sealer (thanks Clint for the idea)

I appreciate seeing the bow better in that crop.  Now can you photoshop the face?  LOL!
Guts, I gotta say, you really did that one proud. That tiller didn't need any fancy paint job to hide flaws, but I can say it sure catches the eye and pops right out!  Nothing wrong with this offering at all, nothing at all. Thanks for raising the bar!

Thanks for all the nice compliments! It means a lot coming from you all. I have a sensitive eye toward natural light and that day was a bad day for my eye, couldn’t hardly hold them open. Next time I will smile. 😁😁😁

What I do to fix that problem JW is hold the bow out in front of me in front of my face at arms length.lol
