Knapped this one for my trade arrow. It's from a chunk of "free stuff" my cousin got from Marshall last year. Naviculite, I always seem to have a hard time getting a scare pattern on this stuff but it actually a pretty nice hunting point. Nothing to fancy but it should do the job.

Nice job, BJ! Real good color :KN

Looking good Brian although it would look better if it had a little "red" on it, lol

Thanks Hawkdancer, this stuff usually gives me trouble especially when it has the two distinctly different colors. The striped part seems the flake easier but not as strong, the white stuff flakes harder but is stronger material. Always hard for me where they meet.
Thanks Jeb, maybe Wildcat Hunter can fix that problem. ;)

Nice color. Good liking point

Looks good! Good pictures, too. Novaculite and I never seem to get along well.

Thanks Parnell, I'm really kinda happy with its edge. I like that camera angle to for points. I should use it more.

Thats a sick point

Thanks flungonin, I just got done halvting it on a Red Osier shoot shaft. It looks pretty sweet, gonna be a little hard giving this one up.

That is nice, Brian. I'm with Steve, never been a fan of Novaculite.
It likes you, though. I'd suggest pointing up that tip a little more for hunting.
