Title: Warming the house with ice.
Post by: bjrogg on July 07, 2017, 01:54:12 pm
A very good friend of mines daughter is having a house warming party tonight. Thought I'd make something to hang on the Christmas tree. Glass from TV tube, made a little sheath to store it in during the non Christmas season.

Maybe I'll get a chance to do that someday Bill. I like the lady hugs better anyway.

Fantastic BJ. Don't forget to wash off the coating on that glass before you knap it.

Thanks Zuma, that's the first thing I do is scrub it off good with a brush and hot water.

Thanks guys, this will be my third Christmas hanging glass arrow heads on my 🌲. They do look very nice. Kinda early to be talking Christmas but I like giving them a gift they can hang up and take down every Christmas and remember there house warming party in their "forever house" as they call it.

Icey looking indeed. TV glass isn't easy to keep in one piece either. Nice work!

Thanks bowmo, yup they don't always stay together for me especially the long ones but I'm getting better at keeping them together.
