Title: Airbrushing trueoil
Post by: High-Desert on May 25, 2017, 04:27:38 pm
Has anyone tried airbrushing truoil? I figure it may need to be thinned with mineral spirits. I want to spray a sturgeon skinned backing to avoid bad runs. Or is there something else I should be using on sturgeon skins

Never sprayed it. Dab it on with a sponge brush. You can pick up runs and keep it even.. Use fairly dry.. Patience
Thanks Leroy

How are you getting runs? It shouldn't be hard to just wipe it on in thin coats.
