Title: new old arrows

I am getting a great deal on some vintage arrows.  They are new no nock or points.  They are from the 60s-70s and have the full paint dip.  My problem is they are 21/64. My 11/32 points are ok but fit over the shaft and leave a "shoulder" my 5/16 points are too small and don't fit far enough onto the shaft. Does anyone know if they made 21/64 points and where I might find them?  Also I'm looking for some full length feathers in green and yellow. The crest would fit these colors and all the feathers today are basically too bright.  Any thoughts?

3 Rivers has 21/64 points and also full length feathers I believe
