Well I've got a beautiful pair of Osage billets and 2 more on the way(1 year for shipping apparently) and I'm ready to build myself a good packable bow for my travels. Who sells the best yet least expensive OR is most dependable?
-
never done one so can't really comment but I have noticed that some of the guys on PA make their own, two pieces of pipe the right gauge and a leather cover?? The inside pipe is cut off at an angle to mate with an angle cut in the timber of the other limb to keep everything aligned, I think

I get mine from 3Rivers, I think Jim Davis on here makes them/might pm him. Never used his but have seen them and they look good to me. ;)

Carson (Echo Archery) on here sells them.

Echo archery, might as well help out small business

Should've mentioned I was looking for a small shop owner. I've gotta buy a few so I was planning to spread the wealth around. Making my own would be pretty easy too I suppose...

Simon, Here on PA has a good make your own on his web site stonehill-primitive bows

Id go with Echo. Carson is a good guy and a upstanding member on PA. The sleeve sets are all the same if store bought.
