Don looks like your having fun again. You know there's still lots of trout left here in the creek.
-
It sure would be great if you-all came down here for a fish fry :)
Just bring the brewskies. >:D
Zuma
Oh btw the biggest was 6 pounds
-
Convict fish, yummy. I'll drink your Modello for ya. ;D

Zuma

You are killing me Zuma. I have not been able to get to the coast for while now. This cold snap has probably slowed things down until the water warms again. If I get down there soon I will get after them anyway.
-
Don, what kind of fish are they? The look like a big blue gill with perch markings.
-
LOL Jeb they are Sheephead. We call em sh#theads.
They poop all over when you catch em.
Salt water.
Zuma
-
More yesterday.
Limit of redfish too.
Zuma
-
Puppy drum. They eat good too. You're stocking up.
-
Are you fishing in Florida? And is that little Red legal?
-
Pappy there is a small puppy in the pile. The rat is 16.00001 Eddie.
The fish swim over here to AL where things are not so up tight.
You see my buddy Andy got your beer.
Zuma
-
You can call them what you want but they sue are about as good on the table as anything. That is a good haul.
-
Thanks Chief, we had a ball catching those dinners.
My buddy is from the Mataponi River
Zuma
-
This is a very long time ago.
-
Awesome!
Is that the pier at Virginia Beach?
Zuma
-
Topsail Beach NC
-
LOL Chief, i just showed my long time Bama buddy your post.
His dad fished off that pier for fifty years. He has a bridge
that you take from the mainland named after him.
He said things look wayyyyyy different today.
Zuma
-
yea. I bet. I was there in 2005 when my son was stationed at LeJeune. I should have gone by the pier and took some pics. I think I have some of Jacksonville main drag.
-
Semper Fi Chief.
Here's a bigger Red.
-
Semper Fi rght back. That bronze on that one is striking.
-
Chief, I noticed the golden color too. This was a nice healthy fish.
They tend to be more colorfull here . Maybe the muddy waters >:D

Nothing bulldogs like a red fish, unless it is a sheephead going for a piling or a summer trout out on the jetty.
-
Jack Crevelle can tug pretty good too. Bob
-
I have never had the pleasure. Those rascals sure get big. They are not good table fair around here.
-
Jacks are the bomb! They may circle the boat several times before tiring.
they croak like croakers. They always go back.
