Title: How I work a Growth Ring in Yew
Post by: Del the cat on November 26, 2016, 11:14:20 am
I've tried to do a video showing how I tidy up a growth ring, it's tricky to get the lighting right and not easy to show it.
Hope this might be helpful to some of the newbies.
Dunno if it's any good or makes sense, so comments and criticism welcomed.

Yeah when I edited it, I realised I said "Chicken meat" about a thousand times :-[ ... I had to cut a lot of it out. Mind compared with Osage which I have described as alternate rings of cast iron and chalk, it's prob about right!
