Post by: Zuma on November 06, 2016, 07:09:04 pm

but I am not sure how to make it right.
Tom, I'm soon gonna be goin for a long one. So I got to
make the hay on the good days. How is your slice? ouch.
Thanks Rob Any deer? It' Novaculite, from where the white

Zuma the only thing that could be better would be a knife to make the weather perfect. No bad weather there that knife looks cool and refreshing. Do you mind if I ask what kinda bone that handle is? It kinda reminds me of a chicken leg bone. Whatever it is it fits that blade real nice.

It's the best one I know of.  :)You need at least a 5 inch blade or bigger.
The right shoulder if you are right handed. Left shoulder for left hand.
The bigger the deer the bigger the blade. >:D

PS you can find some where deer cross the road and get hit too.

For the grooves- Scrimshaw was traditionally darkened/highlighted with ink, soot, candle black or tobacco juice. Rub it on, then polish it off the high spots.

I was going to ask if that was a gator bone, but now I won't.  Very nice!  I wish I could make a nice blade like that.  I can finally run a long flake, but still can't make anything!
