Title: Osage Sudbury Wampanoag design
Post by: nclonghunter on November 02, 2016, 09:35:29 pm: i have made several bows but this is the first I have posted. It is made from the King of bow wood, in the Sudbury design.... 68" NTN and around 55#.

It shoots snappy with little hand shock....I like it, hope you do.

Onebow, that bow has a little character in the upper limb and the patterning on the back is where I left a little extra wood on the knots. Probably didnt have to but it tillered nicely and will be stronger I think. As it darkens with age I think those knot areas will come out more.
