Title: Weight of a big moose hide

Can anyone give me a rough guess of the weight of a moose hide, just freshly skinned? 100lbs, maybe?

Maybe even a little heavier for a big bull, according to the info I found. If he had also been in the water recently, it would probably double that weight.

Probaly 100lbs be close.. See if I can tell you for sure in a coupla weeks.. Got my swamp donkey draw after 7 years

I shot a just legal bull about 20 years ago and the hide alone was easily 100lbs!!
