Title: Tasty Treats
Post by: Marc St Louis on September 08, 2016, 06:48:01 pm
It was a good Summer for Plums this year.   First picture is some Wild Plums (Prunus americana)

Second picture is Canada Plum (Prunus nigra)

Our plumbs come in a lot earlier, the birds and squirrels always seem to clean most of mine up before I get many. >:(  Looks like you have a very good crop. :)

We didn't get many this year :(
There was a glut last year and they made some nice fruity wine.

Sometimes the Raccoons get to them and pretty well clean them out but so far I am beating them to it.  Don't drink so all of mine are consumed, keeps me regular  :)
