At least I wonna thank also wizard goat and mullet for making this trade happen!
You did a good job guys.
-
That's awesome! Nice work Paul and congrats Simon. I'm glad you were able to be a part of the trade.
-
Thank you very much for the nice compliments. I must say I was quite intimidated when I drew your name considering some of the work you post. To be quite honest the setback in the handle was unintentional and took me awhile to get over it as it's something I normally try not to do. The handle is built up with cork saturated in super glue. I used Bondo to try to smooth out the handle to get rid of any imperfections you normally find when working with cork. Bondo is a material typically used for car body work. Once again thank you for the compliments and I hope that thing lasts you awhile

That's a Dandy Simpson - well done Pauly ! I love those "lumpy" ones - Bob.
-
Very nice Paul have fun with it Simon

Came out looking great Paul, congrats Simon. I was fortunate to see, handle and shoot it myself a few times over the course of the past few months as Paul was working on it. Paul's bows always impress me and its cool to see one all the way over in Bavaria and in Simon's hands.
-
Congratulations on the bow Simon. I know Paul put a lot of hard work into it.
-
Beautiful work Paulie. Congrats Simon.
-
Very nice work. Handle looks great, never thought of using bondo.

Now what a cool imagination thinking on all you guys (bubby, pearlie, badly bent, and maybe some others) having shot and held in hand this beauty.
Whenever I have her in the hands I'm thinking of this.
Great thing

Sweet! I really like the look of the set-back handle.. and the nice wicked character. And the handle isn't too overdone for a sort of pistol grip with a shelf
