Title: Ace 203 SPINE TESTER
Post by: PEARL DRUMS on July 11, 2016, 09:00:36 am
Can anybody give me the run down on using the 203 spine tester? Clint got it for me in Marshall and it didn't have instructions. Not sure about shaft placement, not sure about the cam'ed adjuster knob.

Thanks for any help on it

I should have the instructions at home Chris. I will check when I get out of work.

I'd appreciate it, Paul. I tinkered for hours with a known arrow and couldn't come up with any consistent measurement.

That guy told me how to set it but I can't remember what he said.

Got it Paul, thanks buddy. After reading them its very easy to use. I checked a few known shafts I got from Matt, the same exact number came up he had marked on the ends.

Glad you got it worked out, Drums.  Otherwise, Bob (Ace Archery) is a real stand up fella.  He'd take care of any other questions you'd have.  Interesting to know that the spine numbers matched, tester-to-tester.  Mine is over 20 years old.  Good to see the consistency.
