I was watching the six o'clock news on WTVT, channel 13 when who do I see chipping some rocks while demonstrating for some kids? Ol' Bonepile. Looks like it was Archeology day at Phillipe Park in Safety Harbor, Fl. There is a big Mound in the park and quite a few artifacts have been found in and around the site.
Looked good, Roger.

Good job Roger!
Started a new knap-in here in NC at Fort Dobbs French and Indian Frontier Site and will being knapping demos on April 15 for school children. The 16th and 17th is the public days. The fort will also have an 18th Century battle reenactment on Sat and Sun..

Doggone it your making me blush. It was in Sarasota at the Philippi estate. The property is were the Phillipi creek meets the bay. Cool place with middens and tools going back 3000 years plus. They were having an archaeology day and asked me to do some demos. Threw atal atal and did some knapping. I tried to stay away from the cameras but it must have been a slow news day. I did get invited to Weeden island in St. Pete to do a primitive weapons demo.
