Title: Carpentry and bow making comparison.
Post by: BowEd on March 07, 2016, 02:11:15 pm
Seems like during building a house there is the frame guy who sets things up walls etc.and everything can become easier through the build from there. In bow making that's the design and layout guy.
The finish carpenters put the finishing touches on the house on the inside cabinets, vanitys, doors, etc. In bow making it's the tillering guy who puts the final touches on it becoming a bow.

Umm ya I sort comapore it with actual woodworking.  Bowyering is the most humble thing I have done when it comes to building anything.   ::)  but does not the tiller guy do it all including the sanding which I despise.  >:D
