I found this bottle wedged deep in the
rocks down by the creek.
It doesn't look to old but it's not a twist top.
Maybe a pickel jar of some type.
Pretty small for that though.
Any ideas?
Thanks Zuma

Some old snuff bottles resembled that, but were not identical. That could have been a different brand.

Looks like an old Mickey's beer bottle to me.
-
why haven't you knapped a point out of the bottom yet?
-
Mickey's "hand grenade", malt liquor.
-
Wow! nothing gets by you guys :)
It really does look like a grenade
now that you mention it.
Any idea of the vintage?
I'll do some googleing.
I was hoping the moss covered
fire ring nearby could be abo but
I bet it's from the Mickey's malt
crew. I'll let you all know.
Thanks a bunch fellas.

Mid 70's, early 80's.

Ha Ha....I was gonna say it's a Falstaff beer bottle but they are brown and screw top.Drank a lot of those in the 70s'.

I hope the link works. It shows my bottle with a big fat cork in it.
What a waste of beer. Worth $5 bucks. I bet a whole six pack
didn't cost that much back then.

PS I drank Falstaff from Clovis to Las Vegas and back in those days. >:D
