Great work on all those. That one is thin, thin, thin.
-
Great work Scott, and cool presentation too.

Great looking points. I believe i have one of your points from last yrs arrow trade. that arrow went black tail hunting last weekend. in a lot of rain. got wet no shooting at anything tho. Ed
-
Got that Sonora from you, Lyman.
Thanks Aaron!
Ed, I'm rooting for ya.
-
Lots of jazzy rhythm there. :)
They look like points I would strap on an arrow.
Is the wide black one dacite and the red on Senora ???

Thanks Don. Of the 2 knife blades - the bigger is banded obsidian. The red is actually a piece of horse creek. The wide corner notch in the middle of the hunting points is Sonora.
-
Beautiful work Scott!!
-
Very nice, Scott. You have it going on, for sure.
-
Way to go Scott. The set is awesome. One of the most prized points in my collection is the one we traded for at the last Classic. Thanks again
Knapper

All look great and you sure have been busy!
-
Man you really know how to crank them out. It was hard to see the awesomeness with the flakes in background. But I know they are good.
-
Knapper, sounds like you need to work on your collection. >:D
Thanks guys.
Nathaniel I noticed that, but was trying to get the light right to make the background work. I'm afraid some of them just blended to much. I had the thought, it would make an extremely hard jigsaw puzzle. :o

Thanks String,
Always learning something new here. :)
I am familiar with all your lithics except
the Senora. I don't know why because it
seems to have a distribution like Hornstone.
I always thought it was SW by the name
Zuma
For a chert point that is extra thin ;)
-
I think the name is interchangeable with Kentucky blue, but not certain of that.
-
Lotsa nice points ther Scott! Looks good. I'm cooking a roaster full right now :).
-
Those have some wicked edges! Nice.
