Just started doing my own kydex sheaths. These are my first two.

Where do you get the Kydex? Do you heat form it?

Pat, that's exactly how I do it. Heat it with a heat gun, fold it over the knife, and stick it between to pieces of foam and press. I buy everything from knife kits .com
