Post by: Aaron H on June 10, 2015, 08:58:17 am
Anyone know what kind of tree this is, any help would be appreciated.  I live in the Kansas / Missouri area if that helps.

I suspect it is a mulberry, don't know why it is growing in bush form unless the multiple trunks are growing from a cut stump.

Cool, that's what I thought it was, I was just being thrown off by the bush like appearance. I have heard mulberry makes a good bow wood, but I have no experience with it.  Any suggestions?

Keep your eyes peeled for a white mulberry, to me the berryies are so much sweeter than the red.
